Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown at checkout.
We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are subject to successful payment verification and confirmation.
If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will notify you before proceeding. We will not collect additional payment without your agreement.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to payment verification, stock availability and delivery serviceability.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
We provide free delivery to serviceable locations.
Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 days of order placement, subject to successful payment and confirmation. This is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guarantee.
Delivery may take longer because of courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will assist with delivery issues and provide any remedies required by applicable law.
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number to help ensure successful delivery.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment. Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, except where cancellation or a refund is required by applicable law.
If Cosweek cancels an order or cannot fulfil it, any payment collected for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements for change of mind, personal preference or an incorrect size selected by the customer.
Please check the size, colour, quantity and product details before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the problem.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund or replacement where required by applicable law. This policy does not exclude statutory consumer rights.
Where a refund is required because we cannot fulfil an order or because you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law, it will be processed through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.
We will communicate the applicable processing timeframe when handling the refund. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or actions that disrupt its operation.
